Pastor Stephenson joined the pastoral staff of Graceway Baptist Church in 1996 as associate pastor. He was called as senior pastor in May of 2000.

Pastor Bob began his ministry on the staff of Jack Van Impe Ministries International, in Royal Oak Michigan. Following this, he served on the pastoral staff of Ryan Road Baptist Church in Warren, Michigan as youth pastor and later associate pastor.

Pastor Bob holds undergraduate degrees from Macomb College, Liberty University and Baptist Bible College; and received both his Master of Theological Studies and his Master of Divinity degrees from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary.

In addition to having served as vice chairman of the Missouri Baptist Bible Fellowship, he serves as a Missions Committeeman and Field Representative for the Baptist Bible Fellowship International and on the board of directors for National Church Planting Office of the Baptist Bible Fellowship Internation..

Pastor Bob was born in Detroit, Michigan. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Kim, for twenty five years. They have one daughter, Cassandra.

Pastor Rob Neufeld joined the pastoral staff of Graceway in 2005 as Associate Pastor and Worship Leader.

Rob has over eighteen years of pastoral experience, having previously ministered at Grace Baptist Church in Kilgore, Texas; Central Baptist Church in Lufkin, Texas; Freeway Baptist Church in Houston, Texas; and Park Crest Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri.

Rob holds an undergraduate degree from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.

He has been married to his wife, Cindy, for twenty seven years. Together they have three children: Robyn, Brett and Josh.

Pastor Kyle joined the pastoral staff of Graceway in 2010.

Kyle trusted Christ as Savior at an early age. As God worked in his life throughout those early years, Kyle felt led of the Lord to enter into full-time Christian ministry. He enrolled in Baptist Bible College and graduated with his bachelors degree in pastoral studies/Bible in 2008. He is currently working on his Master of Biblical Counseling and Master of Divinity degrees at Baptist Bible Graduate School.

During his undergraduate years, Kyle spent his summers working as the youth pastor at Canon Community Baptist Church in Canon City, Colorado.

Kyle married his wife Elisabeth, who grew up on the mission field, in May of 2008.

James Sewell is a third generation Texan, born in Lubbock and graduated from John Tyler High School in Tyler. He and his wife, Linda, have been married for 43 years. They have three children and ten grandchildren (including twin boys and twin girls).

Dr. Sewell is a graduate of Baptist Bible College, Garland Bible College, and Temple Baptist Theological Seminary; and has a Ph. D. from Bob Jones University. He is in his thirty eighth year of teaching at Baptist Bible College where he is also chairman of the Pastoral Studies Department.

For eighteen years he was associate pastor of Park Crest Baptist Church. He was pastor of Noble Hill Baptist Church for over ten years.

Pastor and Mrs. Sewell are excited about the Classics Bible Class at Graceway, a Sunday school class for “youngsters” over 60.
