The weather forecast was for showers all day but they were so wrong! The rain stopped around lunch and there was hardly any accumulation so the seven faithful golfers divided into a threesome of Greg Spilman, Morris Johnson, and Dale Cook and a foursome of Paul Miller, Randy Fry, Don Simpson & Jim Ledbetter.
Three against four with no mulligans. Conditions were perfect, just warm with a nice breeze and the golf course was in a good mood. 8 birdies and 1 eagle later Team 1 won the night with 6 under. Team 2 finished second ;) at 3 under. Congratulations! Here are the current standings: |
